When you sign in, we receive your Telegram ID and username, or your Google account ID, name, and email - whichever you sign in with. We keep a record of your wallet transactions, deposits, and login purchases (including the service, country variant, and price) so we can provide the service and resolve support requests.

Your account and order data is used to operate your wallet, deliver purchased logins, process refunds, and send you order-related notifications. This account is shared with DirectSmsHub - the same operator, the same wallet, the same underlying data.

We share the minimum necessary data with the third parties that make the service work: Paystack (to process deposits) and Google/Telegram themselves (to verify your sign-in). We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes.

You can link or unlink a Google account from your account's Settings page at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details below - we'll action this unless we're required to retain specific records by law (e.g. transaction records for accounting purposes).
